Win 10 and Foxfire Mouse, keypad stop working

Start BBO and sign in. All works, Want to play game with 3 robots, the click on Yes is not activate and no tabs at top either including help. Sometimes if I wait long enough, like 5 minutes it sometimes works. I have updated Adobe Flashplayer, I have disables Mozilla add ons and still a stall.

If I start Edge in Win 10 it works. Why does Mozilla not like us all of a sudden?

This kind of thing is really hard to understand. We had another user report yesterday that they couldn't get in with IE, but when they changed to Firefox and updated their Flash Player it worked. Someone else is having problems with Chrome. But 99% of our users have no problems at all, so all I can guess is that there are random conflicts on some systems.
