Hand-1

- See 1 definition.
1 says " 3+...".
1 says " 6+,4+...".
South Gib jump raise 3 only with 13 TPs.

Hand-2

- Rebid-2 says " New suit --- 3+,4+,12+TPs ". It just looks like rebid-2 definition.

The first one is clearly a mess, North can't be bidding 1 and it shouldn't promise 6. 2H might be enough if 1H can be on 3. South of course shouldn't be bidding 3 though maybe that is influenced by North showing 6 spades?

The second one to me is OK. Sometimes in this situation if 3 isn't forcing, and you aren't using 2 as totally artificial force (e.g. both 2 and 2 are semi-natural forcing 1 round, as in older standard bidding), you have to manufacture bids on 3 cd fragments with distributions like 5323/5332/5314/4324 to create a forcing auction when you have a GF and want to find best game or get partner to declare NT if he is the one with the stopper in the other red suit. It also lets you find out if you have one of the red suits totally unstopped and avoid 3nt. With the actual South hand the normal call is pass. Some people like to play non-forcing 2H call on this auction, but that require a totally artificial 2 and is somewhat non-std. Also I wouldn't trot it out having the club fit.
