May declarer ask dummy during the play of the hand [7 or 8 tricks] "how many tricks have I won"

And is dummy allowed to answer?

42A2: Dummy may keep count of tricks won and lost in
accordance with Law 65B.

43A1c: Dummy must not participate in the play, nor
may he communicate anything about the play
to declarer

So, no, declarer may not ask, and dummy may not answer, but dummy is allowed (and indeed should) keep a properly ordered/turned arrangement of the played tricks, and declarer is allowed to count them.
