Is there anything to do other than going for the trump promotion at trick 6?

What Spade would P return holding AQJ? If you can read the Q as singleton it would be neat to overtake and fire back a (high) Spade for ruff. Which then may get another H back?

Yeah, the play in trumps by GIB at your table is also worth looking at :-)

If everyone had the same shapes, but east has the queen of clubs and you had the king of diamonds giving you Kxxx xx KJxx xxx and east Jxx Qxx xx AKQxx (arguably more likely hands for both of you), wouldn't going for the trump promotion cost a trick? Declarer would throw a spade and ruff in dummy as nothing of yours is promoted.
