Mysterious robot defense

Play from yesterday's Daylong MP...
Looking at dummy's club-length and heart entries, how can East discard a club on the third trump round?
Is this another cardplay bug, or am I missing something?
It only happened at a single table, where South first bid 2C, and then declarer did not go for the obvious diamond-ruff.

After discarding a heart on the first round of trump, East had to keep the remaining 3 hearts to follow suit to Dummy's ♥AKQ :rolleyes:

Are these basic GIBs? If so, no further explanation is needed.
