This hand is from " Start a bridge 4 game (Free)" in Solitaire.

See Gib E's hand.
Gib E has a five cards suit and good 11hcp with exact 12TPs, as we know that the standard of major opening at one level is " Major suit opening --- 5+,11-21hcp,12-22TPs. " Why not opening?
So I have to make many similar hands to see what's the real definition.

Hand-1

Hand-2

My conclusion :
The real definition of major opening at one level is " 5+major,13+TPs,10+hcp ".

BTW, I have a question in my heart, hoping Gib programmers can tell me : it is easy for me to find Gib's issues and post on this forum, and it also wastes a plenty of my time,I have been wondering whether I did many damages to your Gib programmer staff.
Would you tell me?

Hand zero east has 11TP so pass is in system
Hand 1 east has 10 hcp so pass is in system
Hand seems to be the only system deviation being 1Hcp short. It appears that the 13th TPmade a difference

Here I can be sure that it should make a difference between 12th TP and 13th TP.
See my example :

1- Hand

Gib E don't open with 11hcp and 12TPs.

2-Hand

Gib E opens 1 with 11hcp and 13TPs.

3-Hand

Gib E opens 1 even only with 10hcp since it has 13TPs !

These hands show several differences between its definition and its bidding rules.
In fact, I also have found another serious differences in the another basic bidding, I really don't know whether I should report it.

Based solely on the documentation, doesn't Hand 0 have 11 HCP plus one point for club shortness = 12 TP?
