1- I think this is a bug since Gib E always pass cuebid 3. For example :

2- However, sometimes Gib W will keep silent. For example :

3- I don't know what's the purpose of cuebid 3 since Gib E 1N has promised stop in .

Lycier I think the purpose of the cue is to investigate 4H should East hold a Heart fit. Strange that the explanation of the cue does not include holding 4 hearts

And what's more, there is an issue of Gib W doubling after 2.
This double says " 6+hcp, biddable " on Gib CC.
If this Gib CC is correct, how to show take-out?

The cue shows the takeout hand.

Personally I prefer X takeout and I believe that to be the more modern style. But as you repeatedly point out we need to follow Gib system while it prevails
