Can't Buy BBO$ with Paypal

Suddenly I'm not able to buy BBO$ with Paypal. I get as far as the Paypal login screen - when I submit my credentials I get a message about being unable to automatically log me in and prompted for credentials again.

Firefox and Edge on Windows 10.

Once you get to the PayPal login screen, BBO is out of the loop. This problem is between you and PayPal.
