BBO Nuances of BBO ie. 'complimentary(?), etc.

Is there a place to find out how to set up at your table. My name is not displayed at table chat, and what does the 'complementary' on players profile, mean? And what is my "complementary"? How do players attach emoticons?
These are just a few of my questions.

There's nothing called "complementary" in the profile, I guess you mean "compatibility". It's an estimate of how similar you are, based on things like your location and number of masterpoints.
