Result : 1NTSx+2

After double, if east can't escape, west has no ability to beat 1NT contract. So I want to escape, but there is a issue.

Result : 3W-4

2 says " 4-6 ,4-6".
So I would have to believe west Gib could hold 6-4 and suits, 2 shows opener have great ability to withstand the preference at 3-level.Then I return to 3.

Obviously, GIB West should pass 2. After not passing 2, anything goes. Your guess of what to do is as good as mine - maybe better.

Right of course ArtK. The umpteenth example of a description that allows a suit length (4+) that is nonsense, it must show 5 at minimum.
