This hand is from Weekly free instant tournament.
I think north Gib would better make 3♥ as a picture bid to show 4-6 distributions on ♥ and ♦ after 2nt.
However rebid-3♦ isn't a good descriptive bidding in fact.
I meant that it is of importance for north to find 4-4 majors fit.
