Correct auction with wrong explanitions

Whatever 2♣ is good or bad, it is my choice. However all Gib auctions are wrong,very good.

- 3♣ says "14+HCP,15+TPs, forcing to 3nt".
Where is your 14+hcp? Where is your 15+TPs?

- 3♠ says " 4+♠ ,14-hcp,14+TPs,forcing".
2♣ have earlier told Gib partner it is cappelleti convention with single-suited, so 4+♠ is impossible, it of course shows 6-card+♠. However obviously Gib partner can understand it and raises to 4♠.
