I admit 4 is big wrong. I like to call 4 as 4-losers convention, it is excellent.
But 5 is too magic ,now you see its definition is 5+,5+,3-,3-".

Is it single long suit or two long suits? How about its logc relation on 5?

I don't know what you are trying to say here. 4H is explicitly explained as showing a two suited hand, so yes, 5C shows the 2 unbid suits.
