There aren't better Gib CC after preemptive at the 3 level

Hand-1 The hand of God

If north really hold 17hcp, north usually takes action early, so the probability of 17hcp is very small.

Hand-2 Good Human judgement

Very good, bid and make it.

Hand-3 Expert plays

Helene got her result normally.

Hand-4 Beginner plays

Note 5♦ says "29-30TPs", and I don't dare click 6♦ because 6♦ says "32+TPs".

Hand-5 Good contract but bad Gib playing


Hand-6 Impossible task



My conclusion :
There aren't better Gib CC after preemptive at the 3 level.

In fact the doubler can really hold a good hand with from 13hcp to 28hcp plus, this is a huge range, how to make Gib CC?
Please experts would give a better option.
