Excluding playing East for 3+ clubs, How would you rate the 3 ways to play trumps? (Ace+King, Ace + low to 10, Run the Jack)

Form of scoring ? I need to get to dummy to take my spade pitch, I'd rather not go -2 or worse at MPs (there could be a diamond ruff to follow if I run the J)

i certainly don't run the jack. even when it works there's a good chance (pretty much 100% imo) of losing a trump promotion.

i'd finesse though. i doubt the queen affects rho's decision to overcall in hcp terms so i just go on vacant spaces.
