EXPRESS Tournament. Table discussion

Hi, I think it would be more and more interesting to allow EXPRESS TOURNAMENT players to discuss & chat at "TABLE" level.
Keeping all the rest of limits (timing, director, ...) , why not ?
It will allow to improve our bridge all togerher.

Chatting slows the game down. That's why its not allowed in an EXPRESS TOURNEY
And you shouldn't really speak during the bidding and the play. Its not allowed
in 'host' tournaments here so why should it be permissible in Express Tourneys?
