Ah, you have to use https instead of http.

Thanks.

My assumption is that this is real. They had a great April Fools system previously, letting people create articles and tag it April Fools and this isn't at all funny (imo). The ability to get there via https is likely an oversight when implementing the injunction if they only forwarded port 80 but not 443.

You can get on but if you try using the drop-down menus you get forwarded to the message. However you can back-arrow to the list of articles and re-select.

Hope this gets sorted quickly.
No matter how well you know the laws, there is always something that you'll forget. That is why we have a book.
Get the facts. No matter what people say, get the facts from both sides BEFORE you make a ruling or leave the table.
Remember - just because a TD is called for one possible infraction, it does not mean that there are no others.
In a judgement case - always refer to other TDs and discuss the situation until they agree your decision is correct.
The hardest rulings are inevitably as a result of failure of being called at the correct time. ALWAYS penalize both sides if this happens.

It seems odd that such a diverse group of individuals as some who have been banned from the site for policy violations and some who have been accused on the site of cheating should band together to act as joint litigants in an application for injunction.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

Apparently it was not an AF joke .... or are they still fooling us? Anyway, it is lifted now.

I'm starting to wonder as well, because there are a number of obvious April Fools threads started today -- one suggests legalizing the types of signals used in all the cheating scandals, another suggests that a pair that did notoriously well in the Rockwell Mixed Pairs was using signals involving pickles.

BW has now confessed that it was an april fools joke and that there was no actual injunction (they had to temporily shut down for a server change).
You must know the rules well - so that you may break them wisely!

One of the less funny examples of the genre I have seen in a long time.

There is a post from mid-afternoon that can be found in Featured Articles (or http://bridgewinners...unction-lifted/) saying that a federal court had lifted the injunction.

You have to look further down in the comments to see where they admitted it was a joke.
