IMPs, both vul.

You're playing 2/1 vanilla. You didn't discuss whether 2S promises 6, but you strongly suspect that it does, from the rest of your system structure.

How would you continue?

It's best to reserve these rebids by responder to very good hands/suits and then responder would rebid 2NT here. 3H eats up too much space.

Then, it would be:
1S-2H
2S-2N
3C-3S
4S-end.

Note that 2NT from opener (1S-2H; 2NT) eats up bidding space so it should be relatively specific (5233 or maybe 5242/5224, stops, 12-14 or 18-19) and 2NT from responder eats up the least bidding space so you should put in a bunch of hands. This is something I learned from Han (we miss you!).
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

the 2s is a catch all for many hands where 2n seems not right for some reason. We do not know (strongly suspect is not good enough) why opener bid 2s but we have the perfect hand to find out and yet keep all strains in play.

2n

we have a nice rebid of 3h if opener now bids 3c or 3d and then if opener began with six spades (and cannot support hearts) they can bid 3s which we can raise. A huge benefit of 2/1 is hands like this that does not have to commit to anything immediately and can keep the bidding as low as possible.

If I strongly suspect 2s=6 then 3s now, if not then 3h
I don't mind eating up space to show this hand.

On the given hand expect to end up in only 4s or 3nt given our poor spade quality
