Robot : basic Gib
Playing time : today

I found the explanation of this double by chance is "2+" , don't know the reasons, just reporting.

Yeah GIB still plays 4NT as 3-suited takeout over 4, so this double as somewhat penalty oriented. Not great but at least it is somewhat well-defined.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

Yes. you are correct.

Result: 5N=

However I don't understand the explanations are " 4+, 20- TPs ". why 20-TPs? Is this because my Gib is basic?

Hi, the former is penalty (bidding for partner) the latter is 4NT as takeout for minors (type UNT at fourth level).(Lovera)
