What is the difference between:

1- 1 - 3(showing a good raise) and
1- 1 - 2?

Many thanks

1) A hand worth approximately 17 that can include good red cards with a black singleton or a soft flat 18.

2) Any hand worth a weak notrump with 4 hearts. Might have shape but proceed with caution ie. make a new suit game try a lot of the time and respect a signoff in 3

Might be on 3 cards. Max 14 Support Points. 7 losers.
Balanced or unbalanced.

3
Minimum 4 trumps. Likely Balanced. Generally 15-17 Support Points. 5 or 6 losers. Some say must be 4225 shape. Depends how you use jump reverses.

First sequence :
3= I have extra values with 4-card support, 14-17hcp invitational hand. Note if really hold 14-15hcp, opener usually have s/v in some suit.

Second sequence :
2=limited raise with 11-bad 15hcp, usually 4-card support. maybe 3-card support with s/v in some suit.
