When I open either type of download in libreoffice on linux I seem to get html source with a sort of mime wrapper. If I edit away the wrapper, the remaining html looks OK in a browser and also in libreoffice.

You can now add and edit bids from the system view without leaving the page, also doesn't download data on update, though if you have a high depth of view setting, it can still take awhile to refresh the page.

When creating new systems, you can now clone existing systems!
