Partner opens any 11 HCP. Your bid?

4h seems normal across from any 11 count.

I have a nice tool for this. 3NT now would be a power raise to 4H. Give partner Axxxx-AKxxx-x-Ax.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Fortunately opener can't have that, as it would be a 3 bid or perhaps even an upgrade to 2.

Same for me. I would need a better hand for 3NT.

4 looks to me like an underbid.
If partner is short in clubs we might well make more.

I will try 4 with a sophisticated partner but without special agreements.
Opener could have AQJxxx AKxx xxx -
