I don't think that will send the chat, so it's not much use for reporting abuse in chat. It's more appropriate when you suspect cheating, or for people who just randomly blast 7NT.

As TD I cannot send the chat as I am normally not at their table when it happens. Sending the hand would at least give you a kind of time stamp but I understood that is not the procedure BBO wants. But most of my reports are hand related anyway.
