Assume SAYC conventions.
Here is a link to a board:

North hand has a void in Club. The south hand has a void in diamond.

How does one bid a slam in such situation?
If North opens 1 Diamond, can a slam be reached? What would be the bidding like?

I would open 1. I don't play SAYC so not sure if 4th suit is GF there but I will assume it is.

1-1
1-2(4SF GF)
2-3(better than 4)
5(exclusion)-5(2 without Q)
6

After you've shown 6 diamonds and 5 spades 5 must be a void, the only question is whether you give exclusion responses.
