ingerman/blackout 3nt fast/slow arrival

With silent opps after 1d 1s 2h what's the difference between a direct 3nt and 3nt via 2nt?

If it was as per lebensohl it would show/deny a club stop but that seems stupid here.

It requires agreement, but personally I prefer to play the direct 3nt as 12-14 hcp. 2nt then 3nt is 8-11. 2nt then 4nt is 15/16 or so depending on what your minimum for a reverse is.
