Softwarechange: For every deal it will save time if only 48 Cards is
to be played manually. When card 48 is played, card 49-50-51-52
should automaticly be played. This will reduce playingtime in all deals, and
avoid playing of the last card in the hands, which must be played
anyway.

If you have autoplay singletons enabled, it will automatically play your last card.

Some people don't like autoplay, it wouldn't be nice to force it on them, even for the last card where it makes no difference. It won't save that much time.

No it won't, in fact it's very rare to reach card 49 in the first place.

Although some people are so slow at responding to claims, it sometimes feels like they don't speed up the game, either. :)

Quite a few players are unable to keep track of the previous 48 cards such that they can predict the final 4 without seeing them. On rare occasions it may not be possible to work out the disposition of the final 4 cards, even if you have worked out what they are. On most such occasions at least one player at the table is interested to see the final trick played out. While they could go back and review the hand after it is closed, that act probably adds more time than letting them see the final trick play out in real time.

Assuming that the last trick is left face up, for a second, this seems an excellent idea with no obvious downside,
