Other.
3 NT is my choice in these colors.

"Well to be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objectified, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say."

Too good for 3C at these colours, and I prefer my suit to be solid for 3NT, so 1C is all that's left. At least the bidding will be easy - I just keep rebidding clubs until partner gets bored.

3c (yay)

Finally a reasonable suit to preempt with. If p cannot bid over 3c we will almost assuredly be fine and our preempt can now work against the opps. If p bids 3s we can show the potential of our clubs by then bidding 3n and if they bid 3h/d (I think Qx as good a xxx) I like being able to bid 3s as a splinter and support.

Really dislike opening these hands 1 level with their almost complete lack of defense.
