A simple line, to get the ball rolling:
Win A,. lead a (assume RHO wins Q with A and returns a ) Win K (Assume J does not appear) Cash Q Discard a on K. If an opponent dropped a honour, and are 4-1, then rely on finesse.
If are 3-2, then draw trumps, cash AK and ruff a hoping Q is doubleton of trebleton.
