About an hour ago I came across a vugraph issue.
Match :

KEPRI CUP XII - FINAL 2
(NS)NORWAY
(EW)PERTAMINA SU
Hand : No.29

Hand-29 result : 3ntN+4 720
Really? Who believed? It seemed its result was impossible, especially it only showed the result after lead.

Now look at this hand from " Selection Open - RR5/14 " match Vugraph.

The result : 6N-1

However north can get 12 tricks actually.

I'm not sure what you're asking of us. If the player claims incorrectly, or the Vugraph operator records the wrong result, there's nothing we can do about it.

This is why Vugraph records are not the official results of a tournament, they use the players' scoresheets.

When Vugraph every time, shut down too fast, no time to take down hand records.
So hoping that it can extend appropriately for five minutes at least at the end of Vugraph.

That's entirely up to the operator, we have no control over it.

Hand records are saved in our Vugraph archives: http://www.bridgebas...ph_archives.php

Hi Barmar :

May I ask you a question?
I take a example.
Here this hand from 2015-WBTC :

I guess because the vugraph operator didn't enter the names.

Players name is a part of the match hands, hope not to omit it since such information of the match hands are not complete if without it.
Just suggesting.

It's down to the operators and organisers, not BBO.

Here is Menpora-Pertamina Cup 2015-QR 1/7 for today.
I found there are 4 hands which do not synchronize with Vugraph, its only have results without records from No.1 till No.4 hand, for example:just like this hand.

Result : 4 N+1

Sometimes operators lose their connection to BBO. When they reconnect, they don't have time to enter the entire record of each hand, so they just put in the results.

However it is strange that the spectators can see every step, including bidding and playing on Vugraph, only no Hand Records in detail.

Are you sure about that? The boards that you can't open are Closed Room 1, 2, and 4. At the beginning of board 3 there's this commentary:

vugraphzew: sorry all for our late
vugraphzew: there's technical problem
vugraphzew: i hope now is ok
vugraphzew: Enjoy watching

And again at the beginning of 5:

vugraphzew: sorry all

Maybe the spectators saw part of the board, but then he got disconnected.

He got disconnected at 22:46 CDT. At 22:47 he logged back in, and at 22:49 he write the last "sorry all" chat message. We don't log the details of what he did during those 2 minutes, so you would have to ask the operator exactly what happened.

Just saying.

I don't know why you keep posting these questions here. We can't explain what happened during Vugraph matches, only the operator at the table can. The only information we have is the same thing you see in the archive.

If it doesn't look like a real bidding sequence, the operator probably had a problem and couldn't enter all the real bids. So he just put in the final contract. But only the operator knows for sure.
