Volunteered to sub? Then Substitutes button should be yellow Like registration button

If you have volunteered to substitute in one tournament or more, then the substitute button should be yellowed like the registration button is when you registered for tournament.

If you have volunteered to substitute for all tournaments all of the button should be yellow. But if you only volunteered to substitute for one or a few tournaments, then only half the substitute button should be yellowed.
