I bid and played so awfully on this hand that I should be taken out in the fields and executed summarily. Nevertheless, I am going to hide my hand and everything else to say that 3 has a pretty bad definition here:

I'm sure this is a default rule, saying that it thinks 3 is forcing to game and therefore it shows what GIB considers to be game values opposite the minimum for the 2 bidder. Obviously it needs updating.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.
