login fail

when i try to login on my windows 8 box i always gets "connection lost". firefox network log indicates no traffic at all, like it doesn't even try. works fine on linux. can't be a firewall problem because other flash objects are accessing the network. flash17 ff38

The current version of Flash is 18, try updating.

When I try to log in I get this message:

Fatal error: Critical file not found: BBOWizard.swf RSL rpc_4.6.0.23201.swz failed to load. Error #2046

and the log in page freezes

what cn I do?
