Just curious. How would Jan handle an accepted lead out of turn?

As far as I know, if the lead is accepted, then you just transpose the card order, making a comment to the vugraph table explaining why trick 1 looks odd.

In general, if there are irregularities that are impossible in BBO, the operator explains what happened in commentary.

Yes, I was referring to the play of the hand as shown. Manudude03 gave a way.

Sometimes if things would make no sense, the operator simply waits until the hand is over and enters a claim for the final result.

This is a good solution sometimes, but it won't work in the hand which should have led doesn't have any cards in the suit which was actually led out of turn (and accepted).

Which is when you fall back to the solution I posted: just enter the final result, and explain to the audience.
