IMPs, ACBL robot individual

Based on my support double, North knows that we have an 8-card ♥ fit. On this auction it knows almost to a certainty that we have only a 7-card ♣ fit. So why am I -200 (and -10 IMPs) instead of +140?

Either Gib hates you or there is something wrong in it's programming where it requires a certain pt strength or suit quality to return to the 8-card fit. B-)
