Amusing though some aspects of the hand may be, the point of the post is that I moused over the meaning of redouble before choosing that option, and the description provided was
"2-5 C; 2-5 D; 2-5 H; 2-5 S; 15+ HCP; 18- total points; stop in D"
This description is identical to that ascribed to the 1N overcall. I think that the redouble should somehow restrict the definition.
