Sayc-like bidding gets too high to force to game, and you end up in this slam. West leads Q

trick 1 win ace
trick 2 low club to the J

Main reason for this play is if the J loses we can still fall back on 33 spades and maybe (no trump return) even some 4lho2 splits if clubs behave.

If the club holds it is probably safer to try and score 5 trumps. Club to the ace followed by the top 3 dia and top 2 hearts followed by a spade and try for a spade ruff. If that succeeds just exit a heart and wait for last 2 club tricks.

West leads Q
Quick guess: A, AK, K,
if K is ruffed, then finesse and play for major squeeze.
if K stands up, then ruff a .
If are 3-3, then AKJ.
If LHO has 4 s then Q, AK, ruff a , KA, .
