What is " twice rebiddable ♥ "?
My answer is 6+♥ at least,actually Gib only has 5 cards !
What is 20+ TPs?
Actually Gib only has 18TPs.
How to trust Gib?
Gib led me astray !!!

My suggestion - just play bridge. Would you raise to 4H if a human partner doubled and bid? Then do so with GIB. If not, also do the same with GIB.
