This is a very bad Gib bidding sequences.Maybe it is a bug.
3 says " 3-4,20-22TPs",actually only 19TPs !
19TPs means that Gib must force to game even without fit?

This is a system problem. Big hand must double and force for 1 round if no fit found. In my opinion, even though this hand is 18 hcp it is not worth this treatment. 9 of it's hcp in it's short suits, weak 5 card suit, it's just not worth this treatment. I think good alternatives are offshape 1N (for strength and stoppers) or 2.

What would X of 2D mean by North?
What is the point in 2S "forcing to 3H", where opener, an opponent, has promised 5 of them? I cannot think of any justification for 2S being forcing at all.
What would 2N by North mean instead of 3S in this sequence?
