What's the matter with Gib servers?

Even though I got a best contract,however Gib changed in Gib CC.
After 2♦,the responder's bids :

3♣ says " minor transfer -- 6+♦"
3♦ says " splinter -- 4-5 ♣,1- ♦,4♥,4♠,12+TPs"
3♥ says " splinter -- 4-5 ♣,4-5 ♦,1-♥,4♠,12+TPs"
3♠ says "splinter -- 4-5 ♣,4-5 ♦,4♥,1-♠,12+TPs"
3nt says "4-5 ♣,4-5 ♦,2-4♥,2-4♠,10-15hcp"

Today I notice that the system has a tip in a short time by chinese characters : unable to access the database.
This should be reasons.
