Just asking. Maybe it is a decision that a splinter doesn't set up a forcing pass?

I don't think the GIBs play forcing pass in any auction. Probably due to the inability to describe "I don't know what to do".

If a Splinter is limited and descriptive, why would it be necessary to have a FP? Opener just does what she wants to do, it would seem.

It's not limited in the gib system. Also, I think just about any good pair plays FP here once their partnership has shown ownership of the hand.

GIB doesn't play forcing pass over Splinter ( at the moment ).
