In order for GIB to bid after the Michaels cuebid, it should have 14+ HCP and 18+ total points. The hand below should cuebid then PASS!

And he even if he had even strength, GIB shouldn't show 6-5 when he's 5-5.

It's fixed in version which was applied recently, v33.
