Finally Europe changed hour too, so now we're back to the usual hour 2PM EDT, which is 8PM in Europe.

Tourney posted, 20 boards, IMPs, look for it in the list of pending tourneys about 2 hours before start time.

Videos from gwnn and kuhchung:

gwnn rounds 1-3, where he thinks I psyched a 1NT overcall (really gwnn, you give me too much credit):

gwnn rounds 4-7, where gwnn puts kuhchung in 3NT because he's such a good player:

gwnn rounds 8-10 where hrothgar makes his usual 2d opener on 4 cards (and gets away with it) and also gwnn fails his goal of scoring +:

kuhchung with helene, where helene pulls a claim coup:

Shameless plug:

After the indy was over, I went to record an instant where I facepalmed twice.

The videos are AMAZING. It is a wonderful chance for the improving player to hear how an expert thinks through many situations. Please keep them coming BBO!

I think kuhchung and I are about the same level and while we can explain some stuff well we are not "true" experts. But kuhchung is definitely better at speaking+playing and definitely not a "random user." (I also don't consider myself to be a random user) Still I think making these videos is quite an instructive experience and it's nice to hear that some people find them useful. I agree with kuhchung who said somewhere else that it would be great to see some people who are really good make videos. Like (no offence to kuhchung or me) you often hear stuff in our videos like "ah a heart can never be wrong here.. OH NO!! yes it can!! ^$#^$# I'm down 4! arggg." and a "true expert" would generally mean by "never be wrong" really never be wrong. Oh well, I'm rambling again, but if you watch my videos it's hardly news to you. :P

What I like about your stuff is first of all that I can relate - not being an expert myself - and also, even if you get some stuff wrong, you both have a good understanding of the game, which is what matters to become better.

OTOH I liked clee's videos too, where he is really good and I still remember I was video recording him an some IT, and he just finessed a 7 based on a lot of inferences from robot's signals and card counting, and I thought "whoa! I'll never be that good to know when it is right to finesse a 7!"
