Convention Card Problem vul or not to vul

I'm making a cc using bidedit.exe.
One of the assumptions is to make 'lighter' opening in "we not vul" setting.
Everything looks good in bidedit but when cc is loaded in web version of bbo ...

Any idea why in vul my cc shows 'lighter' 10-17 opening ( should be 12-17 ) ?
Is it a bbo bug or am I just doing smth wrong ?

checked on desktop version of bbo.
Everything is working right. So it seems to be a web version bug. Does bbo has report a bug option ?

Does it display the correct explanation during the bidding? If it gets that wrong, it would be a more serious problem.

No it doesn't. It shows incorrect explanation during the bidding vul/nvul depended in browser version of BBO.
And I agree it is serious problem.
It's 2k17 and still bugged.
