(1NT)-X-2♦; 2♥-...
Double shows a 4-card major and a 5-card minor 2♦ asks for the major. And now?
(A) 2NT is "to play" (doubler can correct to a 6-card minor, or even 3NT if opener is the sort to stretch his 1NTs), 3♣ is pass/correct.
(B) 2NT asks for doubler's minor, 3♣ shows 5+ clubs.
© 2NT is a strong invite in hearts, 3♣ is pass/correct.
(D) 2♠ doesn't necessarily show 5 spades and play completely different over (1NT)-X-2♦); 2♠ (surely not).
(E) Other?

Apparently advancer planned to raise spades and doesn't want to pass 2♥. A and B both allow for a shape like 42(34). A caters for 42(52); B caters for 4xx6. The former is more likely. Also, you could probably agree that a 4xx6 shape bids 2♣-2♦-2♠.
C seems like overkill. You already have an invitational 3♠ bid available, and with a "strong invitation" you'd probably just bid game and see if it makes.

Against strong nt I believe we should focus mainly on weak hands. Also because with a hand as strong as yours yesterday I would have passed the double. I don't really believe in natural 2NT bids after their 1NT opening, especially when they play strong nt and especially when we already had a chance to convert a double. I think we can only have game interest here if we have a possible major fit.
3c as p/c is a bit weird. With tollerance for both minors you could have bid 2c.
So advancer has one long minor and I think he can just place the contract. Maybe with 3271 there is a case for offering doubler a choice in case he is 07 in the minors but it's a bit farfetched
2S should be weak with 4-5 spades and a 5+ minor imo.
So 2NT could be a better hand with 4+ spades.
