Am I confused in thinking that there's an inconsistency between passing with the one hand and raising to game with the other? A 9-card fit is guaranteed in each instance, and the notes fix the range as 12-18 for the overcall at the 2-level and 14-19 at the 3-level. I have not found the robot to be more aggressive at bidding games at IMPs than at matchpoints.

I'm confused by the inconsistency of bidding 4♥ on the first one and explaining the bid as showing 10-11 HCP and 11-12 total points.
