How do I update my contact info on BBO?

Each time I go to purchase BBO$, I get a screen with my contact information from a few years ago. I can't figure out how to update that info :blink: I presume I figured it out once before, because the address shown is from a place I lived temporarily three years ago, and neither my current address nor the one I had when I joined BBO. Hmmm... I guess it's possible that it was my address the first time I bought BBO$. Anyway, I'd like to update it. Thanks for your help!

The next time you make a BB$ purchase, click the BB$ Account link on the left side of your screen when you log in, then log into the payment page with your username and password. Click the link to update saved settings, and that takes you to the payment page form so you can change to current information.

Are you also checking the box for "remember CC#"? That saves the personal information you're talking about on our servers so the next time you log in with your username and password, that information will be filled in for you. It does also save your credit card number on the credit card processor servers, so you can use 1-click purchasing thereafter, should you wish to do so.

I do not see any option to "update saved settings". Is this feature only available in the download version?

I do not want to save my credit card information.

Put an 'x' (just one lonely x) in the credit card space, and type '111' in the CVV security code space. Click "Purchase" and no purchase will take place but your information will be saved.

When I did this, I got an error message saying "Credit card type and number do not match". I clicked on "Start over" and signed in again, and my updated information had been saved. Thanks.

Click on "Change credit card or update personal information".

However, we're aware that sometimes the credit card changes don't take. Fixing this is on our to-do list.
