If one uses 4NT RKC for the majors,1430 normally does not create a problem.
However, it may create a problem for the minors should the suit be clubs.
Playing Minorwood/Kickback 1430 is also fine, but again one may be forced to use 4NT RKC for the minors at certain stages.
The question is, if you use 4NT RKC for the minors, is 0314 not better?
This topic may have been discussed in the past, but I could not locate it.

Why might one be forced to use 4NT RKCB? 4NT B (without the RKC would be better).

When clubs is agreed and space constraints mean that the only forward-going move below 5 is 4NT, it is usually best to use this as Last Train making the question of 1430 vs 3041 vs 0123 moot.

14-30 protects you more than 30-14 as it lets you play 5 opposite 1 keycard, the most common response.

I don't know the exact math, but I remember playing 30-41 for a while, and my father changing to 14-30 specifically for clubs. I am sure he had sound reasons for that twist, so I bet the opposite is wrong.

The maths say that 1430 is optimal for normal hands and 3041 is best for weak and strong hands. Thus some pairs vary their responses according to the previous auction.

Because the opps start pre-empting inbetween your auction.

we play 4NT as 3041 RKCB for all suits.
It works, basically you do some add. cuebidding below 4NT,
which implies, that a certain answer to the RKCB inquiry
would kill you, playing 3041 for clubs would mean 5D kills
you ... hence you will have 2KC.
In the end this is basically a bit similar to using 4NT as
Turbo.

I remember B Levin and R.Smith having a disagreement after a 4NT RKC for clubs I remember telling myself that if a pair like that have a misunderstanding because they switched to 0314 for clubs than its probably not a good idea to switch.
From Psych "I mean, Gus and I never see eye-to-eye on work stuff.
For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.
Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."
