I have lost my chat box. I can see what others write but I can't reply

Since I have a new computer I think I lost my profile. Where do I go to put in a new one?

The profile isn't stored on your computer, it's on our servers. You shouldn't need to do anything.

Preference options are saved on your computer, you need to go through them and select the ones you want.

In the past when this has happened to others, it's been because they were using some browser add-on that changed the size of the window in a way that Flash couldn't detect. Try disabling your extensions to see if that helps.
