Gib don't know how to play Drury?

Now look at this hand,Gib's re-bid 2 says "not a full opener",but actually ,Gib have 13hcp.
What's wrong with Gib recently?

Despite the 6th trump, the values are still under 13TP, in this case exactly 13TP. Unfortunately also 13HCP, but kings are in the short suits, so no bonuses for it.

Not a full opener doesn't necessarily means 9TP or 11TP.

It just means 13 or less TP.

Polished the invite 2, which would be used more frequently with 13-14TP and without secondary suit to invite with.

So GIB now will bid 2 with this hand, instead of pass.

My understanding of "not a full opener" is "I would not have opened in first or second seat". That East hand is absolutely a full opener.

GIB is supposed to play Reverse Drury.
