32-board team match, IMPs.

Partner's 7 was discouraging (UDCA), what do you play at trick two? (Also, do you agree with the A lead?)

Too bad you don't have AK73... your play to trick two?

I don't understand the A lead, a diamond seems automatic.
However, I assume the idea was to stop declarer from taking a trump finesse by faking a club doubleton. On the actual trump holding, that might well work, so I continue my original plan with a small club.

1. Switch to spade 9, hoping for a surrounding play to develop. Can't tell you why, it's just a feeling.
1b. Lead: it's fine.. I don't cry over split milk :)

2. Small spade. I don't feel like guessing what to switch to. Plus, pard might have Q98.
